Multicultural Networking event Nova Southeastern University
Last Friday, I had the honor to join the Multicultural Networking event Nova Southeastern University in a space where communication professionals and students came together to exchange perspectives shaped by culture, identity, and lived experience. It was a reminder of how essential networking is in our industry: the conversations we build, the rooms we enter, and the people we learn from often become the catalysts for our growth.
We had the privilege of hearing from Victor Aimi, APR Jennifer Lee Magas, M.A., J.D. (she/her) and Claudia Ruiz Levy whose insights were amazing and deeply grounding for those of us navigating the field as international students.
A special thank‑you to Yasmin De Andrade Rodrigues for envisioning and organizing such a meaningful gathering. Events like this strengthen our community and show how powerful it is when diverse voices connect with purpose.
