On August 28 and 29, the city of São Paulo, Brazil, hosted the second edition of the Leadership Skills immersive program. The meeting, promoted by the StartSe International Business School, aimed to train and develop leadership skills in market professionals, through lectures, practical workshops, group dynamics and mentoring sessions.
Ideal for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and executives, the program explores the four core dimensions of leadership: self-leadership, people leadership, human-centered leadership, and purpose-driven leadership. Additional topics include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, high-performance team development, strategic thinking, and innovation — all covered over an intensive two-day experience.
